HOW TO SPA

After Your Treatment
It is very important to drink a lot of water after your treatment. If time allows take some time out and continue relaxing afterwards to enjoy the full effect of your experience here with us.

Male or Female Therapists
You are welcome to state your preference for a male or female therapist when you make your appointment. All of our therapists are trained to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour during treatments will be immediately reported and the treatment terminated. This occurs at the discretion of the therapist and you will be charged in full.

Children
Children under the age of 16 are welcome daily between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and must be accompanied by an adult. Please take note that you are responsible for the well-being of your child and should be respectful of our other guests. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that there will be a charge of 50% should you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. Appointments will only be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your treatment time will be reduced and you will be charged the full tariff price. Guests arriving later than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be required to pay the cancellation fee which is 100% of the treatment cost.

Valuables
Safety boxes are provided in the changing rooms and in the entrance hall. We recommend you to use them for your valuables, however we do not assume liability.

Spa Etiquette
We respectfully request that you leave your pagers and mobile phones turned off to preserve our tranquil environment. And remember: the Villa Spa and garden is a smoke-free environment! The hotel management reserves the right to refuse access to anyone whose dress or behaviour may disturb or endanger any other guests at the Villa Spa or the surrounding area.

Gift Certificates

Day and Residential Packages
We offer a wonderful selection of Spa packages. We would be more than happy to help you create your own hand-picked experience.

Spa Appointments
We advise you to set up your appointment prior to your arrival so that we can optimally accommodate your needs. If you are a non-resident a credit card will be required to hold your reservation. For best results, we recommend men to shave on the day of a facial. And for the ladies, shaving is best either the day before or shortly after having a body wrap or scrub.

Arrival at the Villa Spa
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to familiarise yourself with the surroundings and enjoy a soothing cup of fresh ginger tea before your treatment. Treatments will start and end on time in order to not inconvenience the next guest. It is recommended that no alcohol be consumed prior to your Spa visit.

Precautions
Please notify us should you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant, so that we can recommend the appropriate treatments. Please ask your doctor prior to the use of our Spa.

Services
A towel, bathrobe and slippers are provided for you in the Spa. For in-house guests, we recommend wearing the robe and slippers provided in your room. Our changing rooms are fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Hairdryers are available at the reception upon request.

What To Wear
It is advisable to wear underwear or swimwear underneath your bathrobe. We also offer disposable undergarments for both men and women. Our therapists are trained to cover you appropriately during treatments. Ideal fitness attire is a t-shirt with comfortable trousers or shorts. Trainers must be worn in the fitness studio.

Sauna and Steam Room
In the Villa Spa we have a dry sauna and a steam room for both men and women. They are located next to the swimming pool. Please remember to drink enough water when using a sauna or steam room and pay attention to certain health precautions. Out of respect for all our guests, we kindly ask you to cover yourself with a towel or use your bathrobe in our relaxation area.

Swimming Pool / Jacuzzi
Please take notice that our pool has a depth of 1.35m and is not suitable for diving or jumping. You swim at your own risk - please take care. It is important to pay attention to any health conditions that could possibly preclude for the use of the Jacuzzi.
