Rocco Forte's Villa Kennedy offers coloured Banquet Coffee Breaks
Frankfurt, July 10th, 2007 (cb) After long discussions or presentations in darkened rooms conference participants have especially one need for their breaks: to vitalize the senses, to freshen up and relax the spirit. Starting this summer season Villa Kennedy has a creative answer and offers a choice of four different coffee breaks, which come in different colours and can either be included in a morning or afternoon break.
In addition to a coffee, a selection of different teas, San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna the new coffee breaks entail:
Mornings (please review some examples as follows):
• Yellow & Green: Kiwi juice, saffron, Banana cake, Mango juice, Pistachios panna cotta, cucumber Espuma etc.
• Blue & Violet: Cranberry juice, plum cake, Blue Curacao panna cotta, Blueberry muffins, Bomber milk pudding, Bresaola with Gorgonzola crème, blue potato chips etc.
Afternoon (please review some examples as follows):
• Red & Orange: Red Apple tarte, carrot -nut cake, Energy Drink, “Rote Grütze” with Vanilla sauce, Orange Cookies, Melon soup, Tomato Ciabattini with Roastbeef etc.
• Black & White: Black & white chocolate mousse, chocolate Crème Brulée, Tiramisu, black bread with goat cream cheese, blood sausage-apple Canapé, white Tomato Mousse etc.
All Coffee breaks can be booked with an additional live cooking station, i.e. for waffles and red berries, crêpes with chocolate sauce etc.
The success is inclusive; the participants may go back to their conference relaxed and fit with a happy smile. Price: 26,- Euros as of 15 people
