Rooms

The Villa Kennedy offers a choice of 163 comfortable guest rooms, including Classic and Inner Courtyard King rooms (35sqm), Junior Suites (45-55 sqm), Classic Suites (57 sqm), Executive Suites (70-80 sqm), Deluxe Suites (90 sqm) and a spacious  Presidential Suite (326 sqm).

Each of the rooms and suites has been individually designed by The Rocco Forte Collection’s Director of Design Olga Polizzi and Interior Designer Martin Brudnizki. Furniture and lighting have been explicitly chosen to make guests feel instantly comfortable. This progressive living culture is perfectly described as minimalist deluxe. The soft color scheme with natural materials and light fabrics matches harmoniously the specially selected artwork. 
The attention given to the small details makes the difference and gives each room a unique ambience.

Bedroom lobbies have timber floors and full-length mirrored walls, and all rooms feature state-of-the-art technology including flat-screen televisions and dedicated workstations. The suites are spacious, with lounge and dining areas, walk-in wardrobes, dedicated dressing areas and separate guest washrooms. The bathrooms all have separate shower units, limestone vanity tops, glass paneling and mosaic floors.

Classic King
Facilities The Classic King rooms have a size of 35m² (376ft²) with views overlooking residential Frankfurt. All rooms feature an oak floored hallway that leads into a combined bedroom and comfortable living room area with armchair, work desk, sofa and dining table. All rooms invite to a spacious wardrobe and king size bed. Most of these rooms offer a French balcony or mansard. The safety and privacy are secured through the sound absorbing and self locking doors with security viewer. All rooms are air-conditioned and have dual-line phones, voice messaging, broadband Internet connections (10mb/second) flat screen LCD televisions with interactive video on demand, in-room bars and personal safe. Some of the Classic King rooms can be interconnected to a Junior suite, making them ideal for families visiting Frankfurt. Bathroom The bathrooms are finished in marble and mosaic with indirect daylight, heated flooring, a bathtub and a separate walk in shower. Inner Courtyard King
